Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 12, 2025

1. Subscriptions & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select (e.g., monthly/annual) until canceled. The current price and renewal term are shown at checkout and/or in your account.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel any time before the next renewal:

• Direct site membership: contact CCBill
• Patreon: contact Patreon
  Cancellations may take effect immediately.

3. Refunds

Digital content is delivered immediately upon finalization of your payment being processed. All sales are final. However, we consider refunds in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchase or accidental double-billing;
• Fraud/unauthorized payment (upon verification);
• Technical errors preventing access despite reasonable troubleshooting;
• Where your payment was processed by CCBill/Patreon, certain refunds may be issued through that processor pursuant to their policies.

4. Trials & Promotions

If you start with a free trial or promo, you will be charged at the regular rate when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. We are unable to backdate cancellations after a renewal posts.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact support@lilymaeexhib.com to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Filing unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and blocking.
